The brief
I oversaw a programme of industry, stakeholder, and member engagement for the campaign which aimed at placing the International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA) as an expert voice in a new space for the organisation.
As well as campaign activity, the development of collateral, speaker placement, and a media outreach strategy, I delivered a dedicated 150-person conference in London in December 2023.
Navigating Offshore Wind Contracts promoted the launch of the industry's first standardised contract for offshore wind installation by IMCA to members and stakeholders.
The outcome
