During the pandemic, Prime Minister Boris Johnson advocated for expedited, environmentally friendly, and improved delivery methods, known as Project Speed, to support the country's recovery and reconstruction. In response to this call, the Association for Consultancy and Engineering (ACE) developed a series of comprehensive briefing notes on various sectors, including housing, rail, education, healthcare, and on modern offsite construction techniques.
The result of collaborative policy-driven stakeholder workshops, these briefing notes were meticulously crafted into a cohesive and detailed series of research documents. Through partnerships with a prominent political media outlet, The House, we leveraged these briefing notes as the foundation for ongoing public affairs, member engagement, and stakeholder outreach.
